After a frustrating night due to upstairs noise, switching rooms was a blessing. The staff handled everything well, and the new room was peaceful, allowing us to finally rest.

Ask for a room that has been recently renovated to avoid potential maintenance issues for a more comfortable stay.

I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night. The location is really the only highlight here. it's conveniently situated, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, everything else about the property was disappointing. I encountered serious issues, like getting stuck in the elevator for an hour. The breakfast options were extremely limited, just cold cereal and bread, which didn’t feel satisfying at all. The rooms were cold. despite trying to warm them up, they never felt cozy. To top it off, the bedding in one of the rooms was completely missing, which left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was conveniently located, allowing us to navigate the area easily. However, being disturbed by noise from above was frustrating. Thankfully, the staff was supportive and helped us switch rooms for a peaceful stay in the end.
